I say could care less, as I voiced my concerns last time, and service has only gotten worse. Anyway, this whole experience was totally unacceptable, and even though you could care less, I really feel that it is important to let you know. Incidently, there was 3 waitresses, in the lounge at all times. I was told the cooks were busy, but if 2 couples are served before me, that is just not right.
Both of the couples of 2 received their order and after 30 minutes of sitting, I got up and left, without eating, but also I even had to go get myself a refill of coffee.
I even said, I think they ran out of eggs and had to run to safeway. I was still sitting waiting for breakfast. This time, One couple came in 10 minutes after I sat down and ordered and the other couple came in 15 minutes after like I say, had ordered. That was the last time I was in the lounge. I took out my phone and timed them as was in the lounge and have been forgotten before when no one was there, besides me and 2 waiters and after 10 minutes went up to the counter and said, excuse me does anyone work here? I wish to order.
